Casa Aduana
A house before
a hotel.
Seven rooms, a terrace, a library and a pool facing the bay. A place designed to feel like yours from the first morning.
01 — The story
The sea was always
the first guest.
Casa Aduana began as a family house in a port town. The kind of house where the door stays open, coffee is always on and the sea is part of the conversation.
When we opened it as a boutique hotel, we kept the things that made it a home: the stone, the wood, the Mexican craft, the books, the long table. We added seven rooms named after boats and a terrace that belongs to the sunset.
There is no lobby music, no uniform script. There is a team that knows your name, a kitchen that cooks what arrived that day and a bay that sets the schedule.
Meet the rooms02 — What defines us
Three things
we do not negotiate.
-
Hospitality
Personal,
not perfect. We remember how you take your coffee and that you wanted the quiet room. Small gestures, done with care.
-
Privacy
A house,
not a lobby. No crowds, no queues, no noise. Seven rooms means seven keys and the freedom to disappear.
-
The sea
The bay
is the plan.Dolphins, boats, sunsets, seafood. Everything we recommend comes from the water in front of us.
03 — The house
What you will find
when you arrive.
All common areas are for guests only. Breakfast, pool, terrace and library are included in every stay.
04 — The corners
A house is made
of small places.
05 — Guests
A home away
from home.
“I cannot imagine a better place for a holiday. I arrived on a business trip with no expectations, and now I do not want to stay anywhere else.”
“The place has the best view of Topolobampo harbour, it is very private and the facilities are spotless. I highly recommend it.”
“The staff are so attentive, always looking after us, and the breakfasts are exquisite. A home away from home.”
