Reservation, stay and event conditions.
Last updated: November 2026. This document is a draft prepared for review by the hotel's legal counsel.
1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation email from Casa Aduana or through the Cloudbeds booking engine, subject to the rate conditions shown at the time of booking. Rates are expressed in Mexican pesos and may change without notice until confirmed.
2. Payment
Payment methods and schedules depend on the selected rate. Some rates require full prepayment; others allow payment at the property. The applicable conditions are shown before confirming the reservation.
3. Cancellations and changes
Flexible rates may be modified or cancelled with notice, subject to the conditions of the rate. Non-refundable or promotional rates may not be refundable. No-shows are charged according to the rate policy. We recommend travel insurance.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability. Guests must present official identification at check-in.
5. Occupancy and conduct
Each room has a maximum occupancy. Additional guests must be registered. For safety and rest of all guests, parties, excessive noise and unauthorized visitors are not allowed in the rooms. The hotel may deny access or request the exit of guests who breach these rules.
6. Experiences
Experiences are operated by Casa Aduana or by local third-party providers. Schedules depend on weather, sea conditions and availability. We may reschedule or offer an alternative of similar value. Some activities require a minimum age, physical condition or signed waiver.
7. Events
Events require a signed proposal, a deposit and a minimum notice of one week, subject to availability. The event schedule is from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm. The terrace rental includes six hours; additional hours are charged separately. Outside food and beverages are not allowed without prior written agreement. The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused to the property.
8. Liability
Casa Aduana is not responsible for personal belongings left in common areas or for losses caused by force majeure, weather, road closures or third-party services. Valuables should be kept by the guest.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy notice.
10. Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Sinaloa. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Sinaloa.
